| Please read before submitting a FOIA request: DLA Document Services serves as the single manager for printing and duplicating, and as the preferred provider for document conversion and automation services, to the Department of Defense (DoD). DLA Document Services is not the author, custodian or repository of the underlying documents. FOIA requests for DoD documents should be made to the appropriate DoD custodian. Submitting a request: FOIA requests may be made via email, fax or regular mail. All requests should contain the notation "Freedom of Information Act request," a complete mailing address, a statement of the requester’s willingness to pay fees and a detailed description of the records sought. |
